Terms of Service
Effective April 17, 2026.
Acceptance
By using clearcui.com or the ClearCUI Pro platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
ClearCUI Pro generates compliance documentation including System Security Plans, POA&Ms, and family policies, written against NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 and CMMC Level 2 requirements. The software does not replace a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO). Final determination of CMMC assessment outcomes rests with the C3PAO and the DoD CMMC Accreditation Body.
Subscription and billing
ClearCUI Pro is $4,200 / year, billed annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least seven days before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) to ClearCUI Pro. ClearCUI Pro captures compliance metadata: roles, systems, technical controls. Not CUI content. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate safeguards for CUI within your own environment.
No warranty of compliance
Documentation generated by ClearCUI Pro is provided as a starting point for your compliance program. We make no guarantee that a specific assessment outcome will result from using the platform. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and signing all documentation before submitting it to an assessor or contracting officer.
Limitation of liability
ClearCUI's total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
